API scary

Thanks - actually I found a document saying to use API instead but not an example.
In the end I simply removed the Shell function and added an additional button for the user to press which uses the working @Command - FileExecute.

To me it's a bug with Lotus Notes 8.5.1 that the Shell command no longer works - it's not compatiable with Windows 7 User Account Control (UAC) feature. It can only be used to call Windows programs like the calculator. Before it was more powerful and you could run any program with it.
